At Phoenix Fitness, we are committed to delivering exceptional fitness, nutrition, and weightlifting coaching services. Our fulfillment policy is designed to ensure that you receive the services you've signed up for and understand the terms associated with them.

1. Service Description
We offer a range of services including personalized fitness training, nutritional guidance, and weightlifting coaching, which are provided via in-person sessions, online video calls, or tailored programs sent via email, depending on the service package purchased. 2. Payment
Payment for all services must be completed before the session begins. We accept payments through Stripe, which securely processes your credit card and debit card payments. Upon processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes details about your purchase.

3. Scheduling
After payment, you will receive an email link to schedule your session(s) based on availability. Please ensure to schedule within the time frame stipulated in the service description. Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours before the appointed time without any additional charge.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel your service purchase, you can do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us at [Contact Email/Phone Number] for cancellations or modifications to your service booking.

5. No-Shows and Late Arrivals
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled session without prior notice, or are more than 15 minutes late, will not be eligible for a refund and cannot reschedule the session.

6. Client Satisfaction
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns about the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours of the session. We will work with you to address your concerns, and if appropriate, arrange a follow-up session at a reduced rate or no additional cost.

7. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may choose to file a dispute through Stripe's dispute handling process.

8. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify the terms of our services and policies without prior notice. Any modifications will be updated on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
